Remember: When submitting a piece of work to any contest or publisher, read the guidelines very carefully and follow them to a T. Judges / fiction editors get kind of cranky when you don’t. Not to mention that it makes you look unprofessional and gives them a reason to give you the boot before even reading your submission.
